Dr. Eileen Abrahmian

What is your background?

I am a yoga loving, coffee connoisseur, beach bum, born and raised in Los Angeles. Growing up I was always an active kid and involved in sports. My mom introduced me to yoga when I was fourteen years old, and practicing yoga was the start to my journey towards understanding and loving the human body, how it functions and moves. I attended University of California San Diego for undergraduate where I majored in Psychology. I then moved back to Los Angeles, taking no time off, I attended Los Angeles Chiropractic College. Combining my love for children and passion for a healthy start to life, I chose to specialize in Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractic care.

Why did you choose your profession?

I became a Chiropractor because I experienced the amazing healing benefits of chiropractic care first hand. It almost felt like a secret too good to keep to myself, and decided I need to be an awesome chiropractor and spread the love! I've always been passionate about helping others heal and intended on being in the healthcare/medical field, but discovering Chiropractic was definitely my calling!

What do you do in your down time?

You can always find me relaxing at the beach soaking up the sunshine during my downtime. I love traveling the world, as well as exploring LA and discovering all the hidden beautiful gems. I will admit I also love binge watching TV shows, it's definitely a guilty pleasure of mine.

What is your favorite baked good?

Hands down, pumpkin pie. Always.

What is your favorite quote?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” - Marianne Williamson
